Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Poker Passport, operated by Blueland Studio. By using the app you agree to them.

What Poker Passport is

Poker Passport is an organisation and coordination tool for private poker clubs: scheduling games, managing seats and waitlists, inviting members, and keeping an informal record of chips. It is not a gambling service, casino, or money-transmission service. The app does not process, hold or transfer any money, wagers, buy-ins or winnings.

The chip ledger (“Chips”)

Chips is a record-keeping feature that lets a host note chips fronted to a player and whether they were marked as paid. It is a shared notebook, nothing more. All actual money and settlement happen between people, offline, outside the app. Poker Passport is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, any debt, payment or dispute between users.

Your responsibilities

Host subscriptions

Joining a club and playing as a member is free. Running a club as a host requires a paid subscription. This section explains how it works.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to harass others or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts or clubs that violate these terms.

Availability & “as is”

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueland Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes, debts or events arising from games organised through the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
