Privacy Policy

Poker Passport (“we”, “us”) is a coordination tool for private poker clubs, operated by Blueland Studio. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices. Poker Passport is not a gambling service and handles no wagers or money within the app. The only payments are hosts' subscriptions to the service, which are processed by Stripe.

Information we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If you sign up with email, we receive the name and email you enter.
• Profile: a display name and, optionally, a phone number you choose to add.
• Club activity: the clubs you belong to, your role (host or player), game bookings, waitlist entries and RSVPs.
• Chip ledger (“Chips”): records of chips a host notes as fronted to a player and whether they were marked paid. This is bookkeeping only: no payments are processed; any settlement happens between people offline.
• Notifications: if you enable push, a browser push subscription so we can send alerts.
• Host subscriptions: if you subscribe as a host, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, the details you enter at checkout (such as the account to activate) and your subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run the service: show a club's games, manage seats and waitlists, and keep the chip ledger.
• To send you notifications you opt into (new games, seat changes, chip updates).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who can see your information

Access is controlled by your club membership. A club's hosts and members see the club's games and rosters; your chip-ledger entries are visible to you and your club's host. Players may choose to appear anonymously to other players where a game allows it; hosts always see real names for room management. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored and processed using Supabase (a hosted database and authentication provider) on our behalf. Host subscription payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Your session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting a club or leaving one removes the related membership records.

Age

Poker Passport is intended for adults (18+).

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
